LeadDyno lets you auto-approve affiliates at signup or require manual approval. By default, all affiliates are auto-approved. The following guide shows you how to require affiliate approval and to view, approve, or reject affiliate applications.

Require affiliate approval
To require affiliate approval, navigate to Affiliate Dashboard, select the dashboard for which you want to require affiliate approval, select the more button (the three-dotted button), and from that menu select edit. On the newly opened page, you will need to check the "Affiliate Require Approval?" option to activate it. Also, below that you have the option to customize the message that the affiliate will see when logging into their affiliate dashboard. After the changes are made, navigate to the end of the page and click on the "Save All Changes" button in order to save the changes.
If you added the pending affiliate message, it will appear on a page after an affiliate signs up for your program.
View Affiliate Applications
To check pending affiliates, navigate to Affiliates - Manage. Then, you can select to view only Pending affiliates from the "Status" filter.
Approve Affiliate Applications
To approve affiliates, click on the pending affiliate's name or email and then select to change their status from "Pending Approval" to "Approved".
Reject Affiliate Applications
To reject affiliates, click on the pending affiliate's name or email and then select to change their status from "Pending Approval" to "Archived".
When an affiliate is rejected, they will NOT receive any notification that the application was declined. You can view the rejected affiliates by selecting only "Archived" affiliates from the "Status" filter. Once rejected, the affiliate can not be approved at a later time. They would need to reapply using a different email address.
Custom Application Fields
