Affiliate Groups Multiple Coupon Codes

Affiliate Groups Multiple Coupon Codes can be used to create shared coupon settings for affiliates in the same group when using the Stripe integration. This allows you to assign additional coupon codes to affiliates based on their affiliate group, while still keeping their personal affiliate code.

Create Affiliate Groups Multiple Coupon Codes

To create a coupon code for an affiliate group, open the coupon configuration for that group in your Stripe integration settings.

From there, you can define the coupon settings that will be used for affiliates in that group.

Configure coupon settings

When creating a coupon configuration for an affiliate group, you can set the following:

Configuration Name (visible to affiliates)

This is the name shown to affiliates for that coupon configuration.

Discount Duration

Choose how long the discount should apply.

Discount Type

You can choose either of the following discount types:

Percent
Absolute

Discount Amount

Enter the discount value based on the discount type you selected.

Apply product restrictions

Under Product Restrictions, choose how the coupon should apply to products.

All Products

Select this option if the coupon should apply to all products.

Specific Products Only

Select this option if the coupon should apply only to selected products.

After selecting Specific Products Only, click Select Products, then choose the products to include.

Save and re-sync codes for existing affiliates

After configuring the coupon settings, click Save to save the coupon configuration.

To save the configuration and sync the coupon to Stripe for affiliates already in that affiliate group, click Save and Re-Sync Codes for Existing Affiliates from this Group. This action saves the coupon configuration and automatically syncs the coupon with Stripe for that affiliate group.

Please note that new affiliates added to that group will also receive the affiliate group coupon codes, provided those group coupons have already been created.

View group coupon codes for an affiliate

Once the coupon has been created and synced, you can view the result on the individual affiliate record.

In the Affiliate Codes section of the affiliate profile, the group coupon code will appear along with the rest of the affiliate’s codes.

An affiliate can have multiple active codes at the same time. For example, an affiliate can keep their personal affiliate code and also have one or more coupon codes assigned through their affiliate group.

Edit, sync, or deactivate a group coupon code

Each coupon code row includes action buttons that allow you to manage the code directly from the affiliate record.

Edit

Use Edit to update the coupon code settings.

Sync

Use Sync to sync the coupon code with Stripe.

Deactivate

Use Deactivate to deactivate the coupon code.

The Synced column reflects the sync action between LeadDyno and Stripe for that coupon code.
