About Visitors Management
The Visitors area of LeadDyno provides critical insight into how your affiliate program drives new visitors to your website/store. Quickly assess the impact on new website visitors with the Affiliate Only toggle, which separates visitor traffic from affiliates, campaigns, and direct visits. Easily track trends and compare sources to inform your business decisions with our analysis and reporting. Let us guide you through the process.
Viewing Visitors
You can find your visitors in the Reporting section from the main menu.
Obtain a clear overview of your website visitor traffic with the convenient date range, which lets you select data up to 18 months old. Analyze all visitors—Affiliate, Direct, and Campaign—for a specified date range, and compare this data to preceding periods to assess the impact of your sources on your outcomes. Gain additional insights by hovering over the chart. The chosen date range will also be applied to exports.
Easily evaluate the impact of your affiliate program with the new Affiliate Only toggle. With the Affiliate Only toggle on, you can now view the full-screen view for your affiliate program-driven visitors. Toggle it off, and now you can compare all your sources. Get a comprehensive understanding of your visitor numbers and see the real impact of your affiliate program.
The upper section of the Visitors screen provides a visual depiction of how your sources impact your total visitor count. Your sources encompass your affiliates, any campaigns you have established, and "direct" traffic, which includes individuals who have accessed your website directly, without referral from an affiliate or through a campaign. The current date range can be compared to the previous period using intuitive color coding—green indicating improvement and red indicating regression relative to the same prior date range.
There's also a trending graph that gives you a quick glance at how things are progressing. Here, you can view overall visitor numbers vs affiliate visitor numbers.
The All Visitors table provides details for each tracked visitor. You can sort columns or search for specific source details (i.e., a specific domain or email).
To view comprehensive details of a particular visitor, click on the visitor's location. The subsequent detailed screen presents the First Seen date (indicating the initial visit to your site) and the Last Seen date (indicating the most recent visit), thereby providing a complete overview of the visitor's activity on your website.
Exporting Visitors
You may export visitor data by clicking the 'Export to CSV' button. Any selections made on the screen, such as the 'Affiliates Only' toggle, specific visitor source, or date range, will be pre-selected for your export. You may update your export criteria within the export window. Additionally, Premium customers can export annual data from previous years by selecting “Historic Annual” and choosing their preferred year.
Please note that, for non-Unlimited customers, data is available for up to 18 months.
