Please note:
If you are a Shopify-billed customer using LeadDyno, you need to remove the LeadDyno app from your store to fully cancel your account.
- Just head over to your LeadDyno Dashboard, then click on Account - Profile. Scroll all the way down and hit "Cancel Account" whenever you're ready.
- Please let us know why you're canceling, and then you can go ahead.
- Important information message—please take a moment to read it carefully before continuing.
4. To notify the affiliates about the cancellation, you need to click 'Send Notification' and then "Continue".
