Connecting to Ecwid from LeadDyno

To get started, visit your LeadDyno account and click on Apps - E-Commerce. Find the Ecwid app, and click Add.

You will be redirected to your Ecwid store, and you may be prompted to log in if you are not already logged in. You will then be asked to grant permission to the LeadDyno app. Click Accept to accept the new permissions.

After a brief pause, you will be redirected back to LeadDyno, where you should see Ecwid integration connected.

At this point, your Ecwid shop is integrated with LeadDyno, which will track the source of all incoming leads, including affiliates and tracking campaigns. To add coupon code support, please follow the steps below. 

Coupon Code Support

To track affiliates by coupon code in Ecwid, LeadDyno automatically creates a new Ecwid coupon for each new affiliate, using their affiliate code as the coupon code. You can adjust the default settings for these new coupons by editing the integration settings. To do that, navigate to Integrations - Connected. From there, click on the edit button for the Ecwid integration. You will then be able to choose the discount type and amount, then click  Save. New affiliates will automatically create a coupon in Ewcid that they can use. Orders using the affiliate’s coupon will be credited to that affiliate.

Resynchronize Affiliate Data

Bulk Affiliate Code Synchronization

You can also resynchronize your existing affiliate data to Ecwid from Integrations - Connected. In this view, please select the edit button for the Ecwid integration in order to access the settings. Here, you can enable an automatic option to automatically sync all future affiliate codes to Ecwid and to resynchronize your current affiliate data with Ecwid as well. 

Individual Affiliate Code Synchronization

You can also synchronize affiliate data for a specific affiliate, which is helpful if you don't want to re-sync all of your codes. To manage this, you need to first find the affiliate in Affiliates - Manage. Once you find the needed affiliate, access it, and you will find the re-sync Ecwid option under the affiliate status.
