Affiliate profiles are your view into the bios and performance of individual affiliates within your program. An affiliate's profile can be accessed from the Affiliates section in the left-hand menu. If you click on Manage, you can then search for the individual affiliate you want to access and click on their name or email to take you to their profile.
The affiliate profile is broken down into three sections:
Affiliate Bio
This section offers a quick overview of key information about the individual affiliate, including:
- Total number of sales generated
- Total conversion rate to date
- Affiliate group
- Join date
- Affiliate code and link
- Referring affiliate
- Custom sign-up field answers
By simply clicking "Edit Affiliate" you can edit the bio details as needed.
Directly below the Bio details, you can also see the affiliate's commission breakdown (with a quick link to pay out any due commissions) and add notes relating to the affiliate. You can also delete your note or edit it to keep it up to date.
Affiliate Reporting
This section provides you with visibility into the performance of the individual affiliate based on the date range you care the most about. By selecting a date range, you can explore the total number of leads, customers, and visitors generated by the affiliate within that date range. Clicking "View Details" takes you to an exportable table of the data for that specific affiliate based on the date range selected.
You can view the affiliate's profit generation trends (which is sales minus commissions), as well as conversion rate trends, and purchase trends - all based on the date range you set above.
Additional Details

- The affiliate's commission payments.
