Your Affiliate Dashboard is the home page for your LeadDyno-powered affiliate program. You can find a link to it in the Account - Profile section and it will look something like http://youraccountname.leaddyno.com
. To edit the settings of your affiliate dashboard, please navigate to Affiliates Dashboards and, from there, select the affiliate dashboard that you want to edit, click on the more options button (the 3 dotted one), then click on the edit option.
Continuing this article, we will go ahead and present what settings can be edited for your affiliate dashboard.

Updating Affiliate Details
You can let your affiliates update both their account and PayPal email addresses from inside the affiliate dashboard.
Updating the account email address
To find this option, please navigate to Affiliates Dashboards and, from there, select the affiliate dashboard that you want to edit, click on the more options button (the 3 dotted one), then click on the edit option, and in the newly opened view, scroll down until you see the 'Allow Affiliates To Update Account Email' option.
Once enabled, click 'Save All Changes', and your affiliates will see this option when logging into their affiliate dashboard.
Updating the PayPal email address
To find this option, please navigate to Affiliates Dashboards and, from there, select the affiliate dashboard that you want to edit, click on the more options button (the 3 dotted one), then click on the edit option, and in the newly opened view, scroll down until you see the 'Allow Affiliates To Update Paypal Email' option.
Once enabled, click 'Save All Changes', and your affiliates will see this option when logging into their affiliate dashboard.
Request/Require Paypal email address
If you want to request or require The Paypal email address in the signup form, please navigate to Affiliates Dashboards and, from there, select the affiliate dashboard that you want to edit, click on the more options button (the 3 dotted one), then click on the edit option, and in the newly opened view, scroll until the Additional Settings section.
Additional Settings
To find these options, please navigate to Affiliates Dashboards and, from there, select the affiliate dashboard that you want to edit, click on the more options button (the 3 dotted one), then click on the edit option, and scroll down until you see the "Additional Settings" section. Please find below a list of the additional settings and what they do for your affiliate dashboard:
- Enable SubIDs will enable the deep linking Sub IDs feature for your affiliates.
- Disable Affiliates Sign Up will allow you to remove the affiliate signup form from your affiliate dashboard and only leave the login form on our Affiliate Dashboard. This way, new affiliates can only sign up for your affiliate program if they are invited.
- Show Commission Details will enable the Commissions tab for your affiliates, as illustrated below.
- Allow Parent Affiliates To See Children (MLM) and Enable Affiliate Invite Link (MLM) will enable the Your Network tab for your affiliates, in case you wish to set up an MLM-based affiliate program.
- Show Direct Sub-affiliates (MLM) lets your affiliates view the affiliate hierarchy in their dashboard when you have an MLM-based affiliate program.
- Affiliates Require Approval?, enabling this option will allow you to require manual approval for each new affiliate that wants to join your affiliate program.
- Pending Affiliate Message, if Affiliates Require Approval is enabled this option will allow you to set a message for your pending affiliates.
- Allow Affiliates To Edit Affiliate Code, enabling this option will allow your affiliates to edit their automatically generated affiliate code.
- Show the Affiliate (Discount) Codes for Affiliates, enabling this option will show affiliate codes for your affiliates in the affiliate dashboard.
- Require First & Last Name will make the First Name and Last Name fields required in the affiliate signup process.
- Require ReCAPTCHA helps you prevent synthetic accounts from joining your affiliate program.
- Enable "What's Selling" tab will enable the "What's Selling" tab for your affiliates.
- Enable Affiliate Analytics Screen allows your affiliates to view information related to their referrals for a specific timeframe, including their conversion rate and referred visitors, leads, customers, and purchases.
- Enable Recent Events allows your affiliates to view their traffic, sales, and payment numbers in real-time from the Recent Events section at the bottom of the Home Page tab.
- Allow Affiliate to Export Lead and Customer Information allows your affiliates to download the information displayed in the Analytics tab. This feature is exclusive to Advanced and Unlimited customers.
- Disable Search Engine Indexing, enabling this option will hide your tracked pages from search engine searches.
- Disable Affiliate URL Editing, by default, affiliates are able to edit their affiliate URL to your website. Enable this option if you wish to disable the ability for affiliates to edit their affiliate URL.
- Hide Primary Sharing Links on Dashboard allows you to disable the primary social links from the Home Page tab in the affiliate dashboard.
Dashboard SEO
You can customize the Meta Title and the Meta Description of your affiliate dashboard.
To edit the SEO settings of your affiliate dashboard, please navigate to Affiliates Dashboards and, from there, select the affiliate dashboard that you want to edit, click on the more options button (the 3 dotted one), then click on the edit option, and scroll down until you see the "SEO" section.
After you have finished editing the SEO settings of your affiliate dashboard, click on 'Save All Changes'. To prevent any caching issues from occurring, we recommend accessing your affiliate website from incognito/private mode or after your browser cache has been cleared when checking if the SEO changes have been applied.
Google Analytics
You can add your Google Analytics code to LeadDyno in order to track the analytics for your affiliate dashboard.
To add your Google Analytics code, please navigate to Affiliates Dashboards and, from there, select the affiliate dashboard that you want to edit, click on the more options button (the 3 dotted one), then click on the edit option, and scroll down until you see the "Analytics" section.
After you have finished adding your Google Analytics code, click on 'Save All Changes'. Now you're all set up and the analytics stats for your affiliate dashboard will start to appear in your Google Analytics account.
