Add custom fields to the signup form to collect more information about potential affiliates.

Custom fields will display on the affiliate signup page as shown in the image below. By default First Name, Last Name, and Email will display.

To get started visit Website Custom Fields. Enter the name of the custom field and click Save all Changes. After saving you can select which fields should be required by clicking the checkbox next to the view and clicking Save. 

Once affiliates have signed up for your program the custom fields will display on their affiliate detail page.

Require First/Last name
