And that’s it!
You can disconnect LeadDyno from your Shopify shop by clicking the Disconnect from Shopify button.
A Note on Multiple Stores / Accounts
If you have multiple Shopify stores that you would like to connect to LeadDyno, there are a few things to be aware of. First, each store will require its own LeadDyno account. LeadDyno automatically creates an account for your store when you add the LeadDyno app to your store if you are not signed into LeadDyno. But, if you are already signed into LeadDyno when you add the app to your store - perhaps because you have recently connected LeadDyno to another one of your Shopify stores - we will link the new store to this LeadDyno account. In some cases, this is not the desired behavior, so it is best to be totally logged out of LeadDyno when adding the LeadDyno app to your store. This will prevent accidentally breaking the connection between your LeadDyno account and any previous store that might have been connected to it.
Note: When adding the LeadDyno app to additional Shopify stores, first visit https://app.leaddyno.com and make sure you are logged out.

Resynchronize Affiliate Data
Bulk Affiliate Code Synchronization
You can also resynchronize your existing affiliate data to Shopify from the Apps section.
Click on edit to access your settings.
Here, you can enable automatic an option to automatically sync all future affiliate codes to Shopify and to resynchronize your current affiliate data with Shopify as well.
Individual Affiliate Code Synchronization
You can also synchronize affiliate data for a specific affiliate, which is helpful if you don't want to resync all of your codes. To do this, you need to first find the affiliate in the Affiliates-Manage tab. Once the affiliate is accessed you will find the re-sync shopify option in the Affiliate Status section.
Other integration settings
Consider Purchases After Date allows you to choose whether you wish to import historical orders inside LeadDyno or not. If you wish to import historical orders, please select a past date for this setting.
Discount - Limit to one use per customer lets you choose whether synced affiliate codes can be used more than once by a referred customer or not.
Through Discount Eligibility, you can select if the synced affiliate codes will apply to one-time purchases, subscription products, or both.
Lastly, you can select to Subtract Included (VAT) Tax From Commissions if VAT is directly processed via Shopify for your store rather than a 3rd party app.
Limitations / Known Issues
Shopify Buy Buttons are not supported by LeadDyno. These are different than the standard Shopify e-Commerce shopping cart. The buttons are designed for quick purchases and don't work with Leaddyno because there is never any ‘cart’ we can detect and connect the visitor to the purchase.
We recommend disabling express checkout options (such as Google Pay, ShopPay, AmazonPay) as the purchases made through express checkout will get tracked, but the affiliate referral most likely won't. This is due to the fact that the express checkout forms are hosted by iframe elements that can't be penetrated by Javascript, so the LeadDyno code can not interact with it and ensure that the lead is tracked when the purchase is made.
The Shopify Automatic Discount URL feature is currently compatible only with the native Shopify checkout solution. If you are using a separate, 3rd party Shopify app to handle the checkout process, then the Shopify Automatic Discount URL feature might not be available for your store.
